French Kiss is solely authorized (directly or through licenses or authorizations) to use the elements composing the Site, the domain names, trademarks, models, etc. as well as the images and editorial contents reproduced therein.

The use of all or part of the Site, notably by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or distribution for purposes other than personal and private consultation and use of the Site by the user for non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Violation of these provisions exposes the offender to the sanctions provided for both by the Intellectual Property Code regarding in particular infringement of copyright and trademarks and by the Civil Code in terms of civil liability.

AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE

French Kiss strives, as far as possible, to maintain permanent access to the Site, but is under no obligation to achieve such availability. French Kiss may therefore interrupt access to the Site, notably for maintenance or updates, or for any other reasons, notably technical or editorial, without prior notice or information to users, without French Kiss being held responsible for the consequences of such interruptions both for users and any third parties.

DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they shall endeavor to find an amicable solution.
 
Failing an amicable agreement, the consumer has the right to refer the matter to the consumer mediator to which the professional belongs, namely AME CONSO, within one year of the written complaint addressed to the professional.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
